About me and my therapy practice

We all go through life in a unique way and, therefore, have varying experiences. Some of these experiences can impact us more deeply than others. I believe that sharing our more troubling and painful experiences and feeling understood by another can help us to heal from them. I will offer you a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever you choose to bring to therapy.

Practice description

Studies show that one of the core aspects of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between the therapist and client. This relationship is a collaborative one and requires a commitment from both parties. If we both decide that we can work together, I will be committed to supporting you throughout your time in therapy, with your well-being always being my priority.

Are you experiencing destuctive behaviour patterns like addiction that are causing problems for yourself and others. Or maybe you are experiencing thoughts and emotions that you find difficult to manage. Perhaps: anxiety, fear, overthinking, catastrophising, perfectionism, self-loathing, low self-esteem, anger, sadness, loneliness, abandonment, or rejection. Do you feel lost, confused, or unsure of your identity. Are you experiencing racial or cultural issues, or do you need support as you navigate a difficult period in your life due to loss or change. Perhaps you are going through a relationship break-up, for instance.

As an integrative therapist, I combine humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches in my practice, which enables me to tailor my approach to meet your needs. During our sessions, I will empower you to gain a better understanding of your thoughts, your emotions, and your behaviours and equip you with practical strategies that you can use whenever necessary.
