I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life to help them overcome their distress. As a counsellor I will not advise but instead provide you with the opportunity to be truly listened to in a safe confidential space. Offering compassion and being non-judgemental I will support you in a process of exploration and reflection. Helping connect you to your own inner strength so together we can progress on your journey to achieving your personal goals, with renewed confidence and through implementing new techniques to help you manage better.

Practice description
I am an Integrative counsellor based in the UK. Being integratively trained allows me to draw on aspects from different approaches including Gestalt, Person-centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive behavioural therapy. This combined approach enables flexibility so that the counselling can be tailored to your individual needs. Ensuring you get the support needed.
My first session
Introductory session:
All prospective new clients will have a free 15-minute telephone call or video session for us to learn a little about one another. If it feels that we might be the right fit we can then arrange to meet for our initial consultation.
Initial Consultation:
Our first session will involve an initial assessment to get a better understanding of your current difficulties from your perspective, to explore your therapy goals in more detail and to discuss how counselling might be tailored to effectively suit your individual needs.
