Sessions and Timing 

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all for therapy. We’re all different, with unique experiences, so I work in an integrative way. This means I take the time to understand you - your situation, your challenges, and what approaches will work best for you.

Our sessions take place over Google Meet or Zoom, so there’s no stress about parking, travel time, or rushing around. You can show up exactly as you are - tea in hand, in comfy clothes, from the comfort of your own home.

Cost of weekly counselling:

Sessions cost £60 for a weekly 50 minute session. Sometimes you may prefer a shorter session. I offer a 30 minute session for £30.

About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Mim (she/her), and you’re certainly not alone. As a recovering people-pleaser, I understand the anxiety that comes with even thinking about saying no. You don’t want to upset anyone, and you fear the consequences.

I know what it’s like to feel as though keeping the peace is your responsibility—so much so that you end up at the bottom of your own priority list. You’ve spent so much time focusing on how others feel that you’ve lost sight of your needs.

Maybe you don’t even know what you truly think or feel anymore because it's been so long since you put yourself first. But maybe… you’re ready to make a change? To build confidence, set boundaries, and start prioritising yourself?

My first session

Initial phone call

I offer an initial phone call for 30 minutes at £30. This gives us a chance to talk about your current situation, for you to ask questions and for us to see what it would be like to work together.

We also discuss the boundaries of therapy and what you can expect from working with me. 

You are under no obligation to work with me after our phone call - you need to feel comfortable and safe, so it's ok to take your time choosing a therapist you feel is right for you.
