About me and my therapy practice

Experienced adult, children, couples and family psychotherapist and supervisor. Offering counselling and supervision services online and in person. I have a significant background of training in a variety of different therapeutic approaches in order to offer a unique, confidential and personalised approach to your therapeutic journey. I have a keen passion in all areas of therapeutic work but hold substantial training and specialism in Neurodivergence. I have worked within the counselling field for 7years and have worked in a variety of settings from private work, businesses and schools. 

Practice description

The core of my training began with an BA(Hons) degree in Counselling. Alongside this I have undertaken further counselling courses in different techniques to widen my abilities within client work. My training includes a diploma in CBT, play therapy, CBT techniques for children, Level 3 safeguarding vulnerable adults and children, Understanding Autism, understanding how to support individuals with Autism spectrum disorder, certificate in PDA - the insider perspective, criminal exploitation and county lines training, a diploma in family and couples counselling and Grief and Bereavement. Further to this I have gained training course experiences in a variety of areas covering neurodiversity and working with this specific client group. This is due to a keen interest in neurodiversity to both support further my Knowledge and experience when working with this client group of all ages. Furthermore, I have gained an accredited certification in Clinical supervision to be able to support other therapists with their progression within the field of psychotherapy. 

My first session

Your first session will be an assessment session. This session will be to go through all paperwork to gain the best understanding of the support you need and the therapeutic journey your about to begin. During this session we will discuss your needs, and tailor your therapy to best reach the desired outcome.

Practice description

Offering clinical supervision for both trainees and qualified psychotherapists working with clients groups of all ages. I have a vast range of training in many approaches and clients groups to further support other therapists within their own professional growth. 

My first session

First session we will complete the supervision agreement and explore together your needs for supervision. During this time we will explore the supervision process and I can answer any questions you may have.
