About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist, experienced in supporting clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and low self esteem. I have a particular interest in ADD and ADHD and I specialise in trauma. As well as my private practice I also work for the charity Kinergy as a therapist for survivors of sexual abuse.

I offer face to face appointments as well as Zoom, telephone and Walk and Talk sessions.
