About me and my therapy practice

You're not alone in this journey, I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, low self-esteem and relationship problems.
My qualifications as a therapeutic counsellor, equip me with an integrative approach. This enables me to offer a customised toolbox of theories and techniques, designed to meet your unique needs.
Practice description
My virtual practice is dedicated to adults and young individuals, providing a secure and private environment where you can freely express yourself without worry of judgment.
Our sessions, conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone call—whichever suits you best—are set at 50 minutes each. Whether you're seeking brief guidance or embarking on a more extended journey, both options are available.
