About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and work with both current life problems as well as longer-term issues. Passionate about mental health and personal growth I offer a supportive space to reflect and work collaboratively. If you feel that concerns have been building, struggle with low mood and anxiety, or would like to work on coming to terms with a loss or a past experiences, therapy can help to gain a fresh perspective, self-awareness and work towards finding acceptance.
Past experiences and relationships can stay with us and influence our wellbeing in the present. Strategies that once helped us to successfully to overcome difficult times may not work anymore or become counterproductive. Through talking and exploring in a safe and understanding environment you can uncover and recognize these patterns as well as process unresolved feelings and relationships to find acceptance of yourself and continue growing into your best self.
I offer a free introductory phone call to explore any questions and concerns you may have and discuss how I can best assist you on your journey.
