About me and my therapy practice

As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, I anchor my practice in the person-centered approach, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, compassion, respect, and trust. Within a confidential, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment, I offer you the space to explore your feelings, emotions and behavioral patterns at your own pace.

I have extensive professional and personal experience working with people with life changing chronic illnesses and disabilities including but not limited to;

I also work with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger issues, family conflict, self harm, PTSD and trauma as well as complex personality disorders and those who identify as neurodivergent.



Practice description

When you make contact with me we will arrange a no obligation initial consultation free of charge, at a mutually convenient time. In this consultation we can discuss your goals for therapy, what initially brought you to therapy and a little bit about yourself and what challenges you are currently facing.  You will also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.  

If you chose to embark on your therapeutic journey with me, we can agree on a weekly day and time for you to attend therapy and you will be emailed my client counsellor contract to read over and discuss any issues/concerns you may have.
