About me and my therapy practice
I really enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences and finding different ways of living. I value hearing each person's story and helping them to find inner calm, clarity and understanding. There are many reasons why people seek therapy and would like someone to talk to. I tailor therapy with my clients to suit what would be most helpful for you. I offer a non-judgemental, warm and safe space where clients can explore their ongoing difficulties. By identifying some of the underlying causes which are contributing to the way they are feeling presently, we can work together to enable the client to find healthier ways of relating to themselves and others; building a sense of awareness and empowerment from within.
