About me and my therapy practice
In a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space, I will support you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, helping you to understand more about yourself and your relationships with others, and to find solutions to your problems.
I work with a wide range of clients with a variety of presenting issues, such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, family conflict, and relationship issues. As an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist, I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients, some of whom come to therapy to explore issues relating to sexuality and gender.
Practice description
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, which means that I work with a variety of therapeutic approaches and methods, and combine them to suit the needs of each individual client. The approaches that I use include a combination of person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Each therapy session costs £60 and lasts for fifty minutes, whether in-person, online or over the phone.
Please enquire about concessionary rates.
My first session
Before meeting for our first session, I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation over the phone or via Zoom. This allows us to briefly explore what you are hoping to get out of therapy, talk about how we might work together, and for you to ask any questions that you may have.
At the end of the initial consultation, if we agree to work together, we will arrange a date and time to meet for the first session.
