About me and my therapy practice
Based in Belfast, I am a qualified counsellor who has experience of counselling adults with a wide range of issues. I can help you explore your issues in an empathic, safe and supportive environment, bringing a deeper understanding of your situation.
I am trained as an integrative therapist, which means I tailor the techniques and theories I use to your individual needs. I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term, more in-depth psychotherapy. We can discuss what might be appropriate for you when we first speak.
I welcome clients from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities and from the LGBTQ+ community.
I have previous experience working in international aid across Africa (Uganda, DRC) and Asia (Pakistan and Indonesia) on gender-based violence and humanitarian crises/trauma.
If you would like a no-obligation 15min consultation, please contact me and we can see how we might work together.
Practice description
I have experience of both open ended and time-limited therapy and use an integrative approach, applying a range of therapeutic techniques and tools.
