About me and my therapy practice
As an Integrative therapist, I employ the Psychodynamic and Humanistic modalities to create a dynamic approach that delves into both your past and present experiences. This integration of therapeutic models serves as a powerful catalyst for your personal growth, enabling a profound exploration of your sense of self. Emphasizing a non-judgmental space, I provide you the freedom to authentically unravel your true self, unencumbered by masks, expectations, or defenses.
Listening without judgment is paramount in this therapeutic journey, fostering an environment where you can voice your truth. In the words of Rumi, "The cure for pain is in the pain," encapsulating the transformative potential that lies within the honest expression of your experiences. This holistic method invites you to navigate the complexities of your emotions, encouraging healing and self-discovery. Together, we embark on a journey towards a deeper understanding of yourself and a path to enduring well-being.

My first session
In our inaugural session, we dedicate valuable time to comprehensively grasp your expectations and therapeutic needs. This initial phase serves as a crucial foundation, providing you with insights into my therapeutic approach and establishing the fundamental Client Counsellor contract, the bedrock of our confidential and ethical relationship.
This collaborative process ensures that our therapeutic journey is tailored to meet your unique objectives, fostering a sense of safety and understanding from the outset. Delving into the nuances of your expectations allows us to co-create a therapeutic environment conducive to your personal growth.
Moreover, to enhance accessibility and inclusivity, I extend a compassionate offering of half-price sessions to accommodate OAPs, college and university students, as well as individuals with limited financial resources. This commitment reflects my dedication to making therapeutic support available to a diverse range of individuals, ensuring that financial constraints do not impede the pursuit of mental well-being. Together, we embark on a journey that prioritizes understanding, affordability, and a client-centered therapeutic experience.
