About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, mediator, supervisor and coach. As well as lots of experience in each area, I hold specific qualifications and accreditations for each role, meaning that if you work with me you can be sure you're in safe hands. I work with a very broad range of issues and have lots of different therapeutic and coaching styles in my toolkit, which I flex to suit your needs.
For those that want it, I am also happy to offer a hybrid way of working, combining the best that both psychotherapy and coaching have to offer.
You may generally be feeling stuck in your life, or at a cross-roads, or you may be lacking purpose or drive. Or you may be going through a particularly difficult time in your life and be looking for a safe, non-judgemental space to unpack and talk through specific events to help you make sense of them.
Coaching clients are typically looking to work on specific topics or areas which will enhance their performance in a particular environment such as work or their relationship.
Who do I work with?
I work with adults and couples, and I run groups to help teams in the workplace and blended families at home.
My style of working:
I work creatively, and in addition to straightforward ‘talking therapy’ we may work with your dreams, through creative expression such as art, or exploring your internal landscape through meditation and visualisation techniques. A combination of these techniques is usually used to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
Whatever you have to bring, I commit to listening and helping you to make sense of things to define the best way forward for you.
Practice description
My style is warm, intuitive, active and dynamic - I tailor each session and always provide a safe and nurturing container, but will gently challenge and hold the mirror up where appropriate in the spirit of your psychological development and growth.
The key thing to remember is we always go at your pace, to ensure you feel safe and relaxed to get the most out of your sessions.
My first session
In the first session I find out more about you and your reasons for seeking psychotherapy or coaching.
You can also use the opportunity to ask me any questions, and ensure you feel safe and comfortable enough in the room, to share and work with what you're bringing. This is the single most important ingredient for therapy to be successful, alongside your personal commitment and willingness to create lasting change for yourself.

Supervisor - London

About me and my therapy practice
As you'll know, Supervision is an integral part of the role of therapist - for me personally it's an invaluable source of support for my own practice. It's a service I very much enjoy providing for other therapists, alongside my own role as Psychotherapist and Coach. You may need supervisory support on a regular basis - weekly or fortnightly. However, I believe supervision should be accessed when you feel you need it, in the spirit of upholding your ethical responsibilities and helping you to practice safely. Therefore I am happy to work with you on an ad hoc basis if that's what you would prefer.
Practice description
I offer support for your practice, for all types of talking therapies / coaching. My home model is integrative / transpersonal, and I hold a specific supervisor qualification which is accredited by UKCP.
Whether you're looking for a perspective on knotty / challenging client material, or need a sounding board to share your thoughts or ideas, or need a place to safely share and settle elements of your own personal journey that your client's material has evoked in you.
