Whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed or just plain fed up I can help. With me you will find a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and cared for. I can help you talk honestly about yourself without shame and freely explore your emotions. Because I am trained in different approaches, I will work with you in the way that works best for you.

Integrity and authenticity are at the heart of everything I do.
I am a fully trained and registered therapist and counsellor trained in Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, with specialist qualifications in bereavement and mindfulness. This means I draw on different approaches and work with clients in the way that best suits them.
I believe that we all have innate knowledge and resources that enable us to grow, heal, and experience a fulfilling life. I can help you face what is going on in your life right now and heal from past difficulties while building new strategies to cope with life’s challenges.
My first session
I recognise that first sessions can be scary so I do my best to make you feel welcomed and at ease. You will find me relaxed, open and encouraging. Together we will explore what brings you to counselling and see if I can help.
A good way to start is to book an initial get-to-know-you session.
