About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered psychodynamic psychotherapist/counsellor working out of counselling rooms in Kentish Town (NW5) and Elstree (WD6).
Counselling offers a secure, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to express your feelings and thoughts, no matter how dark or painful they may feel. It's a place for you to be seen and heard. The relationship between therapist and patient is key to a successful outcome and it is through this unique relationship that a true shift can be made.
My role is to walk beside you through this process and help you better understand why you sometimes feel, think, or behave the way you do. With this knowledge in hand, you can begin to make positive changes in your life.
I work with adult patients, whose issues include:
Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, gender identity issues, addiction, bereavement and grief and eating disorders.
I can work with you on either a long-term, ongoing basis or we can agree to a short-term contract. This can be discussed during your initial assessment. I look forward to meeting you.
