About me and my therapy practice
ADHD friendly and affirmative therapy for adults. I am an integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist drawing on a broad range of approaches in collaboration with my clients. I have a Diploma in integrative Counselling and am currently completing an Advanced Diploma/MA in integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at the Minster Centre in London. I often use Gestalt, sensorimotor, trauma informed, polyvagal and body-focussed approaches and I also draw on attachment, relational and psychodynamic theory to exlore links between the past and present.
