About me and my therapy practice
Life can throw us many challenges, which can sometimes leave us struggling and unable to cope. Through my lived experience, I understand how difficult it is to reach out. As a couples & individual therapist, I use a relational approach - by building trust in a safe space. I will work alongside you, as you navigate your way through life's challenges.
Perhaps you just want to talk in a safe and caring environment or need support to make changes? I work holistically and creatively with adults, adolescents & couples in a caring and non-judgmental way, covering a range of issues which can significantly impact on our relationships with ourselves and others. By exploring this in therapy, we can work towards improving meaning, wellbeing and reconnection in your life.
I have a special interest in working with relationship difficulties (disconnection, affairs, divorce, diversity, sexual issues/sexual trauma), anxiety and depression, grief, loneliness, menopause, low confidence, ADHD - especially late diagnosis in females, CFS/ME, trauma/PTSD, domestic abuse and control and the transitions across life stages. I also have extensive experience working with young people and mental health issues in academic environments and survivors of childhood and domestic abuse.
If you're struggling with your wellbeing or feeling disconnected, I can help you to make sense of these issues and improve your coping strategies. I am here to support you through the challenges you are facing, as you embark on your journey for change, meaning and growth.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative, trauma-informed supervisor in training (L6 diploma) - bringing together a rich experience of counselling and supervision.
As an integrative supervisor, I use a facilitative approach - working alongside supervisees in a processed-focused way. Supervision uses my clinical knowledge and skills encouraging supervisee autonomy in a boundaried way. I work within the Seven-Eyed model of supervision - which is both relational and systemic. This model provides an collaborative framework for supervision - drawing on many theoretical & psychotherapeutic approaches. Together, we will explore many elements of client work: what they're presenting; your way of working; both yours and our therapeutic relationships and the wider context.
As a counsellor & psychotherapist, I work holistically and creatively with adults, adolescents & couples in a caring and non-judgmental way, covering a range of issues which can significantly impact on our relationships with ourselves and others.
