About me and my therapy practice

I have over 5 years experience in the counselling sector. I have worked for Women's Aid, Betterhelp, Universities and remote working is something I have sufficient training in. I have a Masters in Psychotherapeutic counselling, Postgraduate Diploma and a Certificate in Counselling. My Bachelors was in Law and I worked as a lawyer prior to finding my passion in helping people through Psychotherapy.

As an integrative therapist I am able to utilise my varied toolkit and tailor a unique approach to each client. Every person is unique and it's important to be present with them and know what best will help the client. They know themselves better and where it hurts so it's about encouraging autonomy and self awareness. I am merely a mirror who will teach them how to trust themselves again through using multiple modalities.


I offer long term and short term therapy, I use CBT, Psychodynamic, Attachment and Person Centred theoretical modalities to unpack client issues in a safe space for them to be able to be themselves.

Practice description

I work integratively, so use a varied approach as not all modalities suit us. I aim to be a mirror and provide a safe space which will help and encourage the client to figure out what they want from me. For me as a therapist it's about being a guide and mirror at times but also letting the client drive and take the lead when they feel courageous enough to. I work short term and longterm so it depends on what the client needs. It is my aim to be the one person they can rely on and feel safe with, this is feedback I have had from many clients over the last 5 years and something I take pride in. 

My first session

I act as a mirror and help clients to see what issues are impacting them, gently guiding them towards understanding themselves better. We will explore my therapeutic approaches and whether we are a good fit for one another as a client-therapist relationship is the most important relationship in their healing journey, the client therefore needs to feel safe, seen, heard and understood.
