Availability
My working hour is from Monday-Thursday 17:15- 20:30. I respond to all emails within 24-48 hours, with an exemption from the weekend and bank holidays as I will be off.
I offer 45-minute online sessions. I am currently working online. However, I may be able to offer in-person sessions in the future, so please get in touch with me with an expression of interest if you wish to be contacted if/when this becomes available.
About me and my therapy practice
Not one therapy fits all.
I practice integrative therapy, which means that different theories including cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion focus therapy, mindfulness, and emotional focus therapy will be used to fit your needs.
Having lived and studied in different counties I understand different cultural backgrounds. As an empathetic person, I will be able to provide a non-judgmental and culturally sensitive space for you.
I am currently working in online, providing psychological interventions and screening to individuals with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, bipolar, psychosis, and people with special educational needs.

My first session
The first initial session will be a 45 minutes long. It is a time for us to discuss your current difficulties and try to build a picture of what has brought you to therapy. In this session, we will see how we might proceed in the future and if we are a good fit.
