About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Olenka, and I’m really pleased to meet you here.
Life can often throw us off track. Even positive life transitions, such as having a baby, can create a sense of overwhelm and stress. Experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and hopelessness can leave you feeling not really sure of who you are.
The skills I learnt through counselling have given me the ability to understand who I am, my behaviours and talk about my feelings. As I saw myself change and develop, I made the decision to train to become a counsellor so that I could help others to do the same.
Learning to identify, acknowledge and talk about your feelings can give you the freedom to really take control of your life and deal with any life challenges in a more positive and proactive way.
I provide the space and opportunity for my clients to explore their emotions and feelings, using a variety of approaches and techniques, depending on what is most suitable.
We really are the experts of ourselves. I want to help each of my clients to celebrate their unique individuality and the differences that make them so special, enabling them to be their very best selves and create the life that they want.
Practice description
I offer a warm and approachable counselling service based in Wokingham. I am passionate about providing you with the space to feel heard and speak your truth. I work with adults and young people from 16 years.
It’s essential that you feel able to connect in a way that you feel most comfortable. I am available to see you online or in person. I offer one-to-one counselling therapy working face-to-face but also providing the opportunity to engage using either video technology online or on the telephone.
I am also a Bupa recognised counsellor.

My aim is to provide you with the space to support you with a collaborative approach. The most important thing is for you to find a counsellor that works for you. If you choose to book a session we can begin our unique therapeutic relationship. About me and my therapy practice
I run a private practice offering counselling and hypnotherapy. I am based online, I offer both short term and long term therapy. I work both online and via telephone in the interest of making therapy more accessible. Creating a more diverse practice, supporting an ethos of equality. My approach is sensitive and supportive and I will work collaboratively together with you, placing emphasis on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I work with adults and young people aged 15 years and above.
I am an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (MBACP) and an accredited registrant with the NCPS.

I have a passion for helping others and to help them to increase their self awareness, gain insights to bring about change and challenge those self limiting beliefs. I believe that therapy is personal and unique and getting the right relationship and fit is very important. My therapeutic approach draws from a range of evidence-based techniques, including CBT.
