About me and my therapy practice
Very few of us sail through life without facing hurdles of some kind. When those hurdles emerge, talking to someone completely neutral and non-judgemental who can truly listen with compassion and care, can really help to clarify the path you may want or need to take. In very simple terms, psychotherapy helps you to understand what you feel and think about the world or a given situation, and then process why you feel that way. Understanding the "why" of a situation can be a powerful way of knowing how to move beyind it.
Practice description
I offer Psychotherapy to both individuals and couples. I am also a trained Sex and Relationship Therapist, as well as having additional training in supporting clients with Sex and Pornography Addictions and Compulsive Sexual Behaviours.My first session
If you are interested in pursuing therapy either as an individual or couple, it is a good idea to book an initial one hour session so that you have the opportiunity to ask any questions you may have about what is involved in therapy. It is also a chance for you to asses if I am the right person to work with you. Initial sessions are charged at the standard hourly fee.
