About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor at Diploma & Masters Level. I am qualified to work with individuals, couples and other two-person groups such as siblings. The first few sessions will be the assessment phase, which gives us time to ensure I am the most appropriate support for you - (I may suggest a colleague if concerns around domestic violence, psychosexual issues etc.)

I cover most areas in counselling but feel most drawn to improving relationships with the self, others and our coping strategies. I have a keen interest in reducing non-substance related addictive behaviours (feeling out of control with spending, eating, internet use etc.), attachment relationships (how our early bonds impact our behaviours and interactions with others) as well as a focus on couples and romantic relationships.

Therapy will help you to get to know yourself better with the aim to improve your quality of life and make it generally more fulfilling.
