About me and my therapy practice
My approach involves us working together to understand the relationship between your early experiences and current problems. I will endeavour to help you explore and gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your feelings, to facilitate growth, change and strength in your self-awareness and self-esteem, with the aim of bringing a sense of meaning and contentment in all areas of your life.
Practice description
I have expertise in treating people of all backgrounds and presenting with a wide range of issues.
I provide a discreet, safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which to explore the matters which are troubling you and to provide understanding and support in making sense of your experiences.
I have extensive experience in working with adults enduring a broad variety of difficulties, with a particular interest in working with survivors of trauma and abuse. I have experience of working with adults who have suffered from childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect, as well as those who have been affected by traumatic events.
