If you are reading this you have already taken the brave step of seeking help for yourself or a loved one, I know how hard this might be for you so well done for getting this far. The next step might be contacting a few different counsellors and seeing who you feel most comfortable with. It is so important that you find the right counsellor, someone who you feel drawn to, someone who gets you. This is why I offer free 20-minute telephone consultations so that you can make an informed decision without any commitment.

Practice description

My Approach

I will listen to you and really hear you. I will accept you, just as you are. I will not judge you, criticize you or tell you what to do. Instead, we will work together to build trust in our relationship, so that you might feel safe enough to bring your whole self, even the parts you don't love so much, try to hide or push away. You are fully welcome in our space.

As a Humanistic Counsellor, I believe that every person has the right and capacity for growth and healing. With this in mind, I see my role as creating a safe and warm environment for you to explore your difficulties and empower you to find your own way forward. I celebrate each client's uniqueness, working with your skills and talents to help you live a fuller life.
