About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling stuck, uncertain, or carrying emotions that feel difficult to manage? I’m here to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without pressure or judgment. As an integrative therapist, I work alongside you with a holistic, person-centered approach, meeting you where you are and attuning to what feels most meaningful to you.
In our sessions, I’m present as both a listener and a partner in your journey, supporting you as we move through the layers of what you’re experiencing: whether that includes feelings of anxiety, sadness, disconnection, or something more undefined. Therapy is a place for self-discovery, and my role is to be with you as we look at what may be causing distress, gently bringing awareness to aspects of your life and relationships that may have become challenging.
Rather than offering prescriptive advice or aiming for quick fixes, our work is about cultivating insight and self-understanding at a pace that feels right for you. By opening up space for greater awareness, we can create room for change and growth that aligns with your authentic self, helping you navigate life with a renewed sense of connection and clarity.
Practice description
Practice information
I offer a free initial 15 minute phone consultation, clients can find out more about the way I work therapeutically, while I learn about the client's issues and needs. If I believe it is not the best fit, or more specialist focus is required, I'm happy to make a referral where possible.
I work in-person with individual adults, from quiet and confidential rooms in Barnet. I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
Professional training
I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at The Minster Centre, one of Europe's leading integrative psychotherapy training institutions. My training has spanned over 7 years and I have a diploma which is accredited by the professional body BACP.
As a registered member of the BACP, I am bound by its Code of Ethics. My work is supervised by a senior practitioner.
My first session
I offer a initial 50 minutes consultation, which is an opportunity to meet on line or in person.
This session allows me to learn more about you and reciprocally provides you an opportunity to understand more about how I work without having to commit to regular sessions.
I offer a discounted initial assessment fee of £60.
