About me and my therapy practice

I am a consellor/psychotherapist working from St Albans, London and internationally via zoom. I am highly experienced and have worked in industry, law and advertising. I work with professional clients as my background informs my work around work related anxiety, stress, life transitions such as divorce and relationship issues. In addition I have worked with significant issues with low cost organisations with patients suffering from depression and childhood trauma and addictions. I also work with couples navigating challenges in their relationships.

Practice description

I am MBACP registered and trained at one of Europe's leading integrative counselling and psychotherapy institutions; The Minster Centre. I use a range of theoretical models in my therapy but my work is collaborative and I have a warm engaging therapeutic style. For 50 mins a week I provide a safe space for you to be able to explore things that are troubling you. This can often be a very strong anchor in your busy week. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to even the closest of friends or family.

It might be that you have something specific that you need support with or something long standing or just something doesn't feel 'right'.

Clients find that our work can be the bridge between where they are today and where they want to be and they go on to live more fulfilling lives.

My first session

Find a therapist has to feel 'right'. It might be hard to even make contact. So I am happy for you to text, call, email or even leave a voice note to make initial contact.

We can have an informal, confidential initial discussion free of cost to see if I might be able to help you and for me to answer any questions you may have.

I am a psychotherapist working from consulting rooms in London, Hertfordshire and internationally on zoom. I am highly experienced with a background in law, industry and media and have worked with creative and senior business people. My professional background informs my work with many clients helping them with life transitions, career, divorce, addictions, low self esteem, anxiety and depression. I draw on different theoretical models.  I work collaboratively with clients to explore and work through issues in their lives. I work alongside clients to be able to build a more fulfilling way of living .  Something specific may be troubling you or it might be a long-standing issue you need support with. You may be struggling at work or with relationships or something may just not feel 'right'.
