Availability

I am available weekdays and offer sessions throughout the day. The most popular sessions are mornings, before work, and evenings.

I offer a free 30 min initial assessment so you can know whether this feels right and I can find out more about what brings you to therapy. This can be over Zoom or face-to-face.

Currently, I have a couple of sessions available.

About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Paula. I help clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, loss of self-esteem and relationship issues. As a BACP registered therapist with over five years of experience, I offer an integrative approach. I am available online or in my therapy room in The City of London, near St Paul’s.

I focus on creating a safe and welcoming space where you can bring troubling thoughts and feelings and work towards a goal.

In our sessions, we will explore your challenges together—whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, loss of self-esteem or relationship issues, my person-centred approach uses the best techniques to help find a tailored solution.

As a volunteer with a pregnancy loss charity, I also create a compassionate space for those dealing with pregnancy issues and loss (miscarriage and abortion).

Clients describe me as warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. They use our sessions to explore issues they are facing and ways to feel better, most often saying they have been able to reframe and feel lighter.

Building this trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. To ensure you feel comfortable and understood as we begin this journey, I provide a free 30-minute initial assessment.

Sessions take place in The City of London, conveniently located near St Paul’s and New Change, or online. You can choose between face-to-face sessions or online —whatever suits you best.

I am here to help, so please feel free to reach out and take the first step towards healing.

Practice description

I am a person-centred therapist who works in an integrative way, utilising a range of approaches and techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients.

In our sessions, we will take things at a pace that feels right for you, fostering a gentle and supportive environment. There are no complicated forms or lengthy questionnaires—our focus is simply on you and your unique experiences.

My goal is to offer you a safe space for exploration and healing.

Typically, sessions last for 50 minutes and are held once a week, either in-person or online, depending on your preference.

To help you determine if my approach feels right for you, I offer a free 30-minute initial assessment.

Your well-being is my priority, and together, we will navigate your challenges to promote healing and personal growth. I invite you to reach out and take this important step toward enhancing your emotional well-being.

My first session

Before the first session, there will be a free 30 min assessment.  This is so I can assess your needs, learn a little about why you are coming for therapy and you can see how this feels. This can be over Zoom or face-to-face. This also gives us a chance to talk through the therapist's agreement.
