My approach focuses on:
Compassion- helps quiet your inner critic, making space for self-kindness instead of self-judgement
Acceptance- allows you to work with your emotions rather than against them, helping you break free from self-doubt and perfectionism
Creativity- helps get us out of overthinking and offers a new way to process emotions, understand past experiences and reconnect with your inner voice
You don’t need to be even remotely creative, just open to exploring what works for you.

- 20 minute introductory phone call: FREE
- 50 minute online/telephone session: £80
- 75 mins (1.5 x 50 minute session): £120
- 110 mins (2 x 50 minute session + 10 min break): £160
My first session
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you've spent a long time trying to figure things out on your own.
In our first session, there’s no pressure to 'have it all together' or know exactly what to say. We’ll start by getting a sense of what’s been weighing on you, what patterns keep showing up and what you’d like to change.
I’ll listen, ask questions to help you reflect and begin to piece together a clearer picture of how we can move forward in a way that actually works for you. This might include working creatively but only if that feels ok for you, otherwise we'll explore other ways of working that do feel good.
