About me and my therapy practice
There are many reasons why people come for counselling, whatever your reason, know that I am happy to listen, help and to walk alongside you on your journey. I am able to offer a calm safe environment for you to share what you need to. I am an extremely empathic , compassionate and creative counsellor and feel I am able to connect to my clients and really help them grow , develop and work through their problems safely and at a pace that suits them.
I have over 7 years experience working with clients. I have worked with a diverse selection of people from all different walks of life which I feel has added to my learning and experience as a therapist.
Practice description
I am a Integrative counsellor, Integrative therapy is an approach to treatment that involves selecting the techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client’s particular problem. By tailoring the therapy to the individual, I hope to produce the most significant effects.
I also work with mindfulness and meditation if that is something that interests you it could be incorporated to your sessions.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute consultation session. This gives you the opportunity to meet me and tell me about your current situation, and I can go in to more detail with you about the way I work.
From there you can decide if you would like to start working with me.
I know that finding a therapist is a big deal and its very important to find the right therapist for you. The consultation is a way for you to meet me and to work out if I'm the right therapist for you.
