About me and my therapy practice

I’m Natalie (she/her), a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist based in the North East of England. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (Masters Level 7, UKCP accredited) and a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Level 5, BACP accredited).

As a highly trained and experienced psychotherapist, I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings, gain clarity, and work through your challenges. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of theories and approaches that I tailor to each individual’s needs. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or something extremely complex, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to its ethical framework to ensure a safe and professional therapeutic environment.

Practice description

Experience the convenience and comfort of individual psychotherapy from home with online sessions via Zoom. I host each session from a private space to ensure your confidentiality, so you can fully focus on your journey with peace of mind.

I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. Building a trusting, collaborative relationship is central to our work together, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you’re free to share whatever is on your mind.

Whether you’re dealing with a specific issue, an uneasy feeling you can’t quite pinpoint, or simply sensing that something feels off, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and find ways forward that resonate with you.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute consultation, either by phone or online, giving us space to discuss what brought you here and explore your needs.

If we feel that working together is the right path, we’ll arrange a regular weekly appointment with an initial timeframe that feels comfortable for you.

Each session is 50 minutes, with a fee of £60, and payment is to be made in advance through BACS or via my secure online booking platform, KIKU.
