About me and my therapy practice
The pressures of life can be overwhelming and at times we all need some help to make sense of ourselves and our place in the world.
I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and coach offering a space to explore your difficulties with you and help make a positive difference to your life.
In action, this is simply talking, being listened to and being understood. Your needs will always be at the heart of our process and we’ll work to discover new ways of being at your own pace.
