As a fully qualified integrative counsellor and supervisor, I offer both face-to-face and online therapy for adults 18 and over.

Talking about your emotions can be an empowering and transformative experience. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, work-related stress, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we can explore it together in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space.

Sometimes, we find ourselves overwhelmed by feelings like anxiety or fear, or we notice repeating patterns in our relationships, but we don’t fully understand why. Together, we can work through these emotions, discover the root causes, and begin to heal. The process is always at your pace, with the trust and connection we build at the core of our work.

I believe in a personalized approach, understanding that everyone’s journey is unique. The support I provide is tailored to your life, your circumstances, and your individual needs.

Having gone through many years of my own therapy, I understand the profound impact that compassionate support can have.

My previous background includes working with young children (ages 2-9) and their families in educational settings, as well as running my own business for many years. These experiences have enriched my understanding of life’s complexities and the unique challenges we all face.

My first session

Our first session together will be a time of exploration and connection. This initial meeting is designed to help us get to know each other better and understand your unique therapeutic needs. We’ll discuss what you hope to achieve through our work together and explore any past experiences you may have had with therapy, including what has been helpful or challenging for you. This will provide valuable insights into how we can best support you moving forward.

During this session, we will also review my therapeutic contract. This document outlines the framework of our work together, including confidentiality, session logistics, and other important aspects of our relationship. If you have any questions or need clarification on any part of the contract, this is the perfect opportunity to discuss them. I want you to feel fully informed and comfortable with every aspect of our work together.

I will also gather some essential personal details from you, such as your GP information and/or next of kin. This information is important for ensuring that I have a comprehensive understanding of your support network and can provide the best possible care.

Additionally, we will use this first session to discuss how you would like to structure our time together. Whether you prefer a set appointment each week or a more flexible approach, I am open to accommodating your preferences.
