I can offer online/telephone counselling at flexible times by prior arrangement on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Through discussion you can decide which is your preference – however, this can be changed.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor and young person’s therapist covering the Tiverton and Culm Valley area. I have a wide range of experience with counselling adults, young people and children. I am a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a counsellor, my specialisms are depression and anxiety, and working with those who have experienced trauma and domestic abuse.
My counselling service offers an opportunity to pause and just be, in this busy world. Throughout our lives, we can have times of struggles with our emotional health. Counselling can help to provide a protected time to discover those repeated patterns in our lives, which have a negative impact on our relationships.
Within a confidential, safe and non-judgmental counselling environment, we will work together to explore these feelings, build your self-esteem and confidence in a protected space. You will be listened to with respect, warmth and empathy, giving you opportunity to explore with me, your thoughts and feelings.
