To equip you with tools and coping skills which will enhance your physical, emotional and mental well-being, moving towards a life filled with more self-knowledge, resilience, confidence and creating a sense of worth and control.

I have worked full-time for several years with a wide range of clients, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, ready to tailor a unique and concise therapeutic plan that aligns with your goals, wants and needs.
