About me and my therapy practice
I offer longer-term once or twice weekly therapy for more complex needs and/or to work at a deeper level. Standard sessions are 50 minutes and double sessions can be arranged. I also offer shorter term therapy with a focus on a specific single issue. I work with adults and young people aged 16+.
I aim to provide a safe environment for you to work through what is troubling you. By offering a warm and respectful relationship, I can support you to explore new ways of relating to others, to feel more accepting of yourself and to improve your wellbeing.
Some of the areas I have experience of and can support you with include: issues with self-esteem and confidence, depression and low mood, anxiety and panic attacks, stress at work, anger management, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, experiences of abuse and emotional neglect in childhood, domestic violence and suicidal thoughts.
