About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about helping you achieve your potential, promote emotional growth, develop self-awareness, improve your relationships and your quality of life, and attain wellbeing.
I am a qualified and registered Integrative Psychotherapist, have an MA from Regent’s University School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology, and a BACP member. Moreover, I have also trained in couples’ counselling with the National Counselling Society. I have considerable experience working in different settings, organisations and charities, as well as in private practice.
Therapy can help people of all ages cope with their feelings, feel supported, gain clarity, and achieve healthier and more productive lives. I work in a collaborative fashion, based on the safe relationship we co-create, which provides a supportive, warm, and confidential space that allows you to talk openly with someone who is neutral and non-judgmental. I take pride in witnessing people making lasting changes in their lives.

Practice description
I believe in the profound positive impact that talking and exploring our emotions in a safe and warm space can have.
As an Integrative psychotherapist, I can work with different modalities and approaches to meet your needs, considering your individualities and circumstances. The highlight will be the healing quality of the therapeutic relationship that we can create through empathy, compassion, and understanding. We can discover together new perspectives, skills, and tools to apply to deal with your concerns.
As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counselor, I can work on a long or short-term basis as required.
I offer face-to-face sessions in a private, beautiful, and cozy ground-floor room, with direct access to street entry.
My practice has free onsite parking and is within walking distance of both Edgware and Stanmore Stations, and near several bus stops.
I also work with online platforms.
