About me and my therapy practice
Your Counselling Journey, Your Way
I take a person-centred approach, meaning our sessions focus on what matters most to you. As we build trust together, we’ll explore the way you’d like to work, ensuring the process feels right for you.
In our sessions, we can:
✨ Explore your experiences—whether that means reflecting on the past, understanding thought patterns and behaviours, or looking ahead to the future.
✨ Make meaningful connections to help you gain clarity and insight.
✨ Work towards your goals, creating the change or movement you want to see in your life.
This is your space to be heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll find the path that works for you.
About Me
I am a qualified counsellor and coach, having trained at the University of East London and Esher College. My background in the arts and administration, combined with my own experiences of growth and change, led me to a career in counselling.
With years of volunteering for a mental health charity, I am passionate about the power of talking—helping people understand their emotions, gain clarity, and live a more fulfilling life. I believe that self-awareness is key to positive change, and I continue to learn and grow through my work as a counsellor.
If you’re interested in starting your counselling journey, I’d love to hear from you. Get in touch to arrange a session.
