About me and my therapy practice
Entering into counselling can feel like a big step, and understandably, you may be concerned about what the process involves. Simply put, counselling allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental space, giving you the opportunity to see the issues that are bothering you more clearly and find ways to make the intolerable tolerable. If you have a history of trauma, are feeling overwhelmed and anxious, are struggling with your interpersonal relationships, or perhaps feel that your life is at a crossroads and you don't know where to turn next, counselling can help.
Practice description
I work in an integrative way, combining different therapeutic techniques to best suit your needs. Based at my dedicated therapy room in Leeds City Centre, I am also able to offer online sessions via Zoom.
My first session
It can be hard to take that first step, and a free and informal chat on the phone about the challenges you are facing can often be reassuring. If you feel that this would be of benefit, you can contact me by telephone or via email to arrange a convenient date and time.
