I currently have limited availability for either face-to-face or remote engagement (either by online video platform, telephone or text).About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, life can feel really challenging.
When you consider your relationships, friendships and work, do you feel in control and content? Are you comfortable with yourself and feel valuable and confident? Do you spend a lot of time feeling anxious, perhaps unable to sleep and maybe unable to cope when things aren’t going well? Have you suffered a bereavement or other loss which continues to impact upon your quality of life? Are other memories or experiences continuing to upset you regularly?
If either you or a loved one can readily identify with any of these situations, then you may have considered the possibility of counselling. An opportunity to discuss and work through thoughts and feelings can often offer new insights, perspectives and opportunities to either make beneficial life changes or better manage and cope with current or past difficulties.
I have experience in working with a wide range of concerns, working with clients within a safe, confidential and non–judgemental therapeutic relationship. I work hard to ensure that clients feel heard, respected and valued in exploring their worries at a pace appropriate to them.
Practice description
Taking the decision to consider counselling can often be daunting and is always brave. I understand that your perspectives and requirements are unique and that you will require an approach that best works for you. If you are already seeking a counsellor, then you will probably have considered what you are hoping to gain from a therapeutic relationship.
Working together, I would offer you support in actively listening to what is important for you and collaboratively thinking about how you could make changes that would increase your self–esteem, confidence and feeling able to cope with potentially difficult situations; to enjoy a better quality of life.
I would invite you to review my website (link provided) or to call me, to get a better “feel” of how I could support you in addressing your concerns. We can then arrange a time for a no obligation informal consultation, so that I can understand your requirements and how I may be able to help you.
My first session
Please either email me at enquiries@concordiacounselling.org or call me on 07587 123 387.
We can arrange our first meeting either by telephone or video platform, according to your preference.
I will send you a copy of my counselling contract, so that you can better understand what you can expect from me and we can discuss any questions you may have during the initial consultation.
I look forward to hearing from you and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
