About me and my therapy practice
Both personally and professionally, I have found psychotherapy to be an effective process to explore your inner world. Therefore, whatever your reasons for coming to therapy, our work together will give you opportunities to consider what a more fulfilling life would look like to you.
I work relationally and value the complex array of elements that make us all unique. It is important to consider the multiple aspects of your life such as your physical and emotional well-being, culture, spirituality, sexuality, body image, sense of purpose, future goals and more.
I work with what is going on in your life here and now and also the whole story that led you here, including the internal story that you carry with you that shapes the way you see the world. This process of looking at all these different threads offers you opportunities to make changes, invites you into a deeper relationship with yourself and goes on to influence many other aspects of your life.
Practice description
Therapy can look different for each of us. Part of my role is to work with you and for you in a way that meets you where you're at and to discuss with you what you hope to achieve in therapy.
Whether you are coming for a specific issue, you're unsure about what is causing you pain or you're trying to make sense of your world, I would be happy to have a call with you to discover what therapy might look like for you.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute online call for us to have a short conversation to help you decide if you would like to take things further. This is also a great time for you to bring any concerns or questions.
I am available for both face-to-face and online sessions and would be happy to discuss what might feel right for you.
