Practice description

I take a collaborative and comprehensive approach to support you. Through our sessions, we will explore your past experiences, identify any recurring patterns or limiting beliefs, and work towards overcoming them. I will provide constructive challenges and guidance, while always respecting your boundaries and allowing you to progress at your own pace.

We will do regular reviews of our work together to ensure that you are getting the support you need.

My first session

I offer a complimentary consultation call that typically lasts between 20-30 minutes. During this call, you will have the opportunity to share more about what you are experiencing and looking for, and I can outline my approach and how I can support you. You can also ask any questions you may have. If we agree we are a good fit, we can then look to schedule our first session together.

During the first session, we will review a working contract to ensure mutual understanding and comfort in our working relationship. Building a strong rapport takes time, so this session is primarily focused on getting to knowing each other as well as your reasons for counselling and what your wanting to get out of it.

Each one-hour session is priced at £60 and payment is required in advance for each scheduled session. To secure your booking, please ensure payment is made 24 hours prior to your session.
