About me and my therapy practice

Do you fill yourself up outside in? Do you find yourself seeking external validation to feel good about who you are? Whether it's through achievements, relationships, or material possessions, relying on outside sources for self-worth can leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled.

Is your own voice building you up or tearing you down? Our internal dialogue shapes our reality. If your self-talk is critical and negative, it can sabotage your confidence and well-being. Imagine the peace and empowerment that comes with a kind, supportive inner voice.

Do you over-think everything so even the most 'simple' task becomes overwhelming? Analysis paralysis is real. When every decision, big or small, feels like a monumental task, it can drain your energy and hinder your progress. We can work together to quiet the noise and bring clarity to your mind.

Do you find yourself constantly prioritising others' needs over your own to the extent that you struggle with your identity?
People-pleasing to the extent that it affects your sense of identity is a common issue. Counselling can help you explore the root causes of your people-pleasing tendencies and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

You're not alone!

I'm Jen, a dedicated counsellor with a wealth of experience in helping individuals reclaim their inner peace and confidence. I create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is compassionate, tailored to your specific needs, and aimed at empowering you to reclaim your sense of self and well-being.

Practice description

Together, we can:

• Develop Self-Compassion: Learn to be your own best friend and create a nurturing internal dialogue.

• Build Inner Strength: Shift from external validation to self-assurance and find true fulfillment within yourself.

• Simplify Your Mind: Techniques and strategies to stop over-thinking and start living with ease and joy.

Whatever they are, you don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. If you're ready to take the first step towards a more peaceful, fulfilling and empowered life, contact me today to schedule your free consultation call.
