About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am an empathetic and committed Integrative Child and Adolescent counsellor.
I am passionate about enabling children and young people to tell their stories, make sense of their inner worlds and develop the capacity for deeply fulfilling relationships.
I call upon a wide range of theoretical concepts and styles of working, recognising each child as an individual and using the child's natural form of expression, creativity and play to explore their feelings.
I offer both short and long term work and each session is 50 minutes long.
Practice description
I offer a calm, open and welcoming space in my studio in Bury St Edmunds.
Here I can work with your young person creatively using drawing, painting, clay, sand, storytelling, puppets, music or drama to develop a trusting working relationship in which their own narratives can unfold.
