I offer evening online sessions via Zoom on Fridays from 6-9pm. From January, I will be expanding my practice to face to face on Fridays which will take place at The Remedy Lounge on Deansgate. ( manchester City Centre)  

Face to face sessions: £55 for 50 minutes

Online: £50 for 50 minutes 

I offer concession rates for counselling students and those on lower incomes. This can be discussed before we begin therapy. 

About me and my therapy practice

I have provided therapy to a diverse range of clients across various settings, including healthcare, educational institutions, and charitable organisations. My experience spans working with individuals from all walks of life, including children, young people, and adults. As an adaptable therapist, I take a personalised approach to ensure that therapy feels natural, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences.

As a culturally responsive and racially sensitive therapist, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients of all backgrounds. I am committed to understanding and addressing issues that impact marginalised and underrepresented communities and I am comfortable exploring complex topics related to race, culture, and identity. My goal is to support each individual with compassion and respect, honoring their unique experiences and perspectives.

Counselling offers a space for reflection, emotional processing, and self-connection. Together, we will work to build a deeper sense of self-awareness and create an environment where you can express yourself authentically. In our sessions, you will feel heard, seen, and valued within a confidential and safe setting. The therapeutic process can be shaped to fit your preferences, whether through talking therapy, creative expression, or a blended approach.

I have a special interest and additional training in creative therapy, incorporating techniques such as painting, sand play, and creative writing. These methods provide a unique way to ellicit self-exploration and emotional depth.  Suitable for all ages, creative therapy can be highly effective for addressing various life challenges, including bereavement, inner child work, self-identity, and relationships.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, tailored to suit your unique needs. To help you determine if I’m the right therapist for you, I provide a free 25-minute consultation via Zoom or phone. This brief conversation allows us to discuss the support you're seeking and explore how we might work together.
