Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping is a gentle, quick and effective evidence-based tool for overcoming stress-related issues and anxiety. It can help you to overcome fears and phobias and release emotional aspects of physical pain, as well as heal traumas and PTSD.

It is an effective and quick working treatment for anxiety and stress. It helps to get rid of fears and phobias. It successfully works to eliminate unwanted habits and cravings to encourage a weight loss. To apply this technique, we will be using our fingertips gently tapping on pressure points on the top part of the body while working through the issues.
