About me and my therapy practice
I'm a person-centred, Accredited BACP Counsellor with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I have worked supporting young people and adults for the whole of my working life and for the past 6 years, as a Counsellor. As an integrative counsellor I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches and I use different interventions depending on the clients needs. I have an interest in Relational Psychology and Transactional Analysis.
Whether you are here because of challenges in your life, at a crossroads, struggling with past trauma or just want some clarity, I can offer a safe, confidential, comfortable welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. The aim is to leave you feeling empowered, more attuned to your inner self, and better equipped to navigate your relationships and journey towards positive change. Whatever is blocking your well being, whether you need help with work issues, relationships, loss, health, depression, self belief, confidence, anxiety or any other difficulty with my tailored approach and toolbox of techniques, we'll gently explore your experiences, arming you with the tools to navigate life's challenges and foster personal growth. I have a good understanding of relationships, family and work and eager to help you with whatever you need support with.
As a therapist, I am committed to continuously enhancing my self-awareness and refining my skills through ongoing growth and professional development. I have a spiritual and holistic approach and a hopeful and optimistic belief that there is always light at the end of tunnel!
Please see my website for more information about me. I regularly blog and update my testimonials.
