About me and my therapy practice
I offer one-to-one therapy to support you in finding ways to make changes in your life that will help you feel better and improve your confidence and sense of well-being. I have experience working with a wide range of issues which include, depression/sadness, anxiety, stress, anger, loneliness, social rejection, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, bereavement/loss, abuse, parenting concerns, and difficulties related to sleep, alcohol, drugs and food. I draw on my counselling and psychological training to tailor sessions to suit individual requirements.
People are sometimes concerned that their issues are not suitable for therapy. However, no problem is too small, too big, right or wrong. Counselling is about offering a caring, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to talk about whatever you choose. I am here to listen and help you to explore your emotions, thoughts and actions and work through aspects of your life, both past and present, that you would like to change, accept or better understand.

BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling
Diploma - Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) (Accred.)
Diploma - CPCAB Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling
CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP approved)
Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety Disorders (BABCP approved)
