I am generally prepared to be flexible with appointment times to accommodate your needs wherever possible. This can include having rotating appointments rather than set days and times, or moving to fortnightly or monthly sessions instead of weekly.
I work in person on Monday afternoons and evenings, and online throughout the rest of the week. Please contact me directly for me current availability as it changes frequently.
Standard fees are £70 for individuals and £140 for couples. I am open to providing concessions if required, usually for students, people on low incomes, or people who would otherwise struggle to access counselling support.
About me and my therapy practice
Existing in the modern world can be exhausting and overwhelming. Every day we face countless demands to be met, decisions to be made, and responsibilities to be upheld, and sometimes it can feel impossible to give yourself the attention that you need. Therapy is a space where, for just a short time, you can put all of those things aside and enable yourself to become the kind of person you have always wanted to be, and achieve the things you have always wanted to achieve. We will work together to piece together your story as you would want it to be told, to figure out who you are and how you came to be, and transform that knowledge into lasting change.
Practice description
Everybody needs to feel like a person rather than a puzzle waiting to be solved; therefore, I put the development of a warm, genuine, transparent relationship over and above the application of any specific tools, structures, or techniques. The progress of the sessions will be guided by your needs and feelings at any given time, and I will endeavour to make sure that you feel that you are in control of your
I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I use ideas and techniques from a range of different therapeutic styles. This helps me work in collaboration with you to devise a course of therapy that is tailored to your specific needs and requirements. I have lived experience of BPD and ADHD, and combine this with a robust trauma-informed practice built around foundations of meaning, identity, and personal growth.
We would begin with a free online assessment which would give you the opportunity to outline your needs in your own words, as well as ask any questions that you would like answered before starting counselling. This would serve as the basis of our work together, which would be honed and refined as we uncover more of your unique story.
My first session
If you are interested, please get in touch at your earliest opportunity and we will arrange a short (20-30 minute) video or telephone assessment session. Here we will discuss what your needs are, as well as figuring out when we can work together and how much the sessions will cost.

About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is a deeply rewarding and fulfilling career, but at times it can also be demanding, difficult, and even lonely. As a supervisor I aim to provide a welcoming, open space to connect with another professional and discuss whatever issues or concerns may be arising in your practice.
I operate with the seven eyed model of supervision, and supplement this with my experience as an integrative counsellor, focusing primarily on person centred models of counselling. I have a broad range of experience working with different client bases and presenting issues so will be able to support you with most things you are likely to encounter in the counselling space. I have particular experience with young people, LGBTQ+ clients, and neurodiverse clients.
In my work I will aim to encourage you to further develop your skills and talents as a counsellor, as well as provide support for any emotional concerns that you may encounter during your work. My approach focuses on the development of a safe, respectful, and caring professional relationship.

I am currently offering individual supervision only, both to trainees and qualified counsellors.
