About me and my therapy practice
I support adults in their 20s overcome anxiety & low self esteem so they care less what people think, feel able to say no, are confident in their work and personal life and no longer consumed with panic or overthinking. I use practical, evidence based tools to help people make lasting changes
Maybe you seem confident on the outside but exhausted from of analysing every social interaction?
Do you find friendships hard to navigate because you worry what they think, find it hard to be yourself or fear losing them if you let them down?
Perhaps you scroll social media to distract yourself but this makes you worse because of comparing yourself to others and not feeling good enough?
Maybe you’re finding work overwhelming because of fear of making mistakes or imposter syndrome?
Do you know you give yourself a hard time which increases stress and low mood but have no idea how to start being kind to yourself?
Practice description
I am trained in a variety of proven and practical approaches which are particularly useful for low self esteem and anxiety. I love working with people who are committed to change by implementing the tools I offer.
These includes CBT to help you generate more helpful ways of looking at things, mindfulness to help you regulate anxiety and overthinking and compassion based approaches to cultivate kindness instead of self criticism.
You can start using these tools straight away to reduce anxiety but also work towards lasting changes so that you can feel: calmer and more confident, comfortable in your own skin and more secure in relationships. You’ll be able to prioritse yourself without fear of disapproval, be more present and joyful in life and get a better work life balance.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute consultation so that we can experience how it feels to work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I support women in their 20s/30s overcome anxiety & low self esteem so they care less what people think, are able to say no, feel more confident in their work and personal life and no longer consumed by panic or overthinking. I use practical, effective tools to help you make lasting changes.
Do you overthink social interactions? Struggle with people pleasing & perfectionism? Or worry what people think & never feel good enough? Does this impact on your work & personal life?
Maybe you seem confident on the outside but fear of making mistakes at work or worrying what everyone thinks causes feelings of stress, anxiety & overthinking which is getting harder to control.
Maybe you’ve spent so long fitting in with what you think everyone wants that you no longer know who you are or what you need.
Perhaps friendships feel harder to navigate than they should be because you worry what everyone thinks, finding it hard to be yourself or fear losing them if you let them down.
Maybe you scroll social media to distract yourself from stress & anxiety but then you compare yourself to others or fear missing out which makes you feel worse.
Perhaps socialising is no longer fun because of analysing every social interaction and lying awake at night wondering how you came across.
Maybe work is overwhelming because fear of making mistakes or imposter syndrome leads to overworking and lack of confidence.
