About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my profile!
I am a qualified integrative therapist working with children, adolescence and adults. I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling and a Level 5 qualification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am currently completing a training in Counselling for Depression (CfD).
I will use a combination of therapy styles to meet your needs and work collaboratively with you to achieve your goals.
With my younger clients I work more creatively; sometimes using play (dependant on age and development).
Practice description
I work virtually (via telephone and zoom) with clients, which enables me to reach a wide range of clients throughout the UK.
I offer a professional and non-judgmental space for you to freely and safely express yourself, explore your feelings and learn more about yourself.
Want to know more? Visit my website or send me a message above.
My first session
I offer a 15-minute consultation that will allow for me to understand your needs. This will also give you the opportunity to see if I am the right therapist for you.
This is your first step to change!

About me and my therapy practice
Whether you are training, newly qualified or a seasoned practitioner in the helping profession, supervision will be your guide to becoming the ethical and competent practitioner you want to be.
Just like in counselling/therapy, the relationship is the most important part of any working alliance. With a sense of connection with your supervisor, you will feel comfortable exploring your own processes (such as anxiety, imposter syndrome, transference etc), asking questions for clarification, exploring any 'mistakes' you feel like you have made, being challenged by your supervisor and even challenging your supervisor (when necessary).
Practice description
I have 6 years experience working in mental health.
My first session
The best way to determine if we will work well together is to book in a consultation. It will take place via zoom and last approximately 20 minutes. We will discuss your therapy style, your needs and the requirements of your governing body, employment/placement and educational institution (where applicable).
